You may view the status of your employees and their timesheets. The timesheet must be submitted by the employee before you can approve or deny it. If no timesheet appears then the employee has not filled out anything for the time period. Note the drop down menu to review previous pay periods. To approve or deny a timesheet, click on the employee's name.

After clicking on the name, review the hours and scroll to the bottom of the page for the Approve and Deny buttons. After checking for errors, approve if everything is correct. Denying the sheet allows employees to make corrections. Deny if there are things that need to be fixed or if the employee has accidently submitted too early.

The timesheet will then go to the front office for review and approval. Use the Back to Summary to return to the summary page.

Click "Logout" to exit the system. Close the browser to logout completely.

You may enter your timesheet information for the pay period being viewed. Use the form to enter the hours and press Save to calculate the totals and store information for later use. You can login and save as many times as desired until the timesheet is submitted. When all hours have been entered, press the Submit for Approval to turn it in to your supervisor. To change your information, select Update User Info.

After submission, the timesheet will be locked. Further changes can only be made if your supervisor denies your timesheet. To view other pay periods, use the drop down menu.

Click "Logout" to exit the system. Close the browser to logout completely.
